보행자의 걸음에서 발생하는 운동에너지를 전기에너지로 변환하여 에너지블록에 내장된 LED조명을 작동시켜 가로등 기능을 하는 자가발전 보도블록

에너지 하베스팅을 통한 자가발전으로 별도의 전력원 연결 및 전력공급 불필요

2. 배터리 불필요
배터리 내장 없이도 보행자가 있을 시 자가발전을 통한 LED조명 작동 가능

3. 기존 보도블록과의 이질감 최소화
에너지블록 상에 보행자 이동시 상판 변위를 최소화(1~2mm)하여 기존 보도블록과 함께 설치 시의 이질감을 최소화

4. 설치 용이성 제고
기존 보도블록과 동일한 방식으로 시공이 가능하여 시공사들의 설치 용이성을 제고

Energy Block
Self-powered sidewalk blocks that function as streetlights by converting kinetic energy generated by pedestrians' steps into electrical power and operating LED lights built into energy blocks

1. No electric power required
Self-generation through energy harvesting and do not need separate power sources and power supply

2. No battery required
When there is a pedestrian, LED lighting can be operated by self-generation without a battery

3. Same external structure with regular sidewalk blocks
Minimize the fluctuation of the top plate (1-2mm) when pedestrians are moving on the energy block to minimize the sense of difference with the regular sidewalk block

4. Ease of installation
Can be installed in the same way as existing sidewalk blocks, enhancing the ease of installation and expanding the installation
